Getting pre approved sets your budget and shows a seller that you’re indeed a serious buyer. I’ve worked with many different lenders in the marketplace and found that not all lenders provide the same service, rates or value. Here are two of the lenders that I work with that provide consistent service and rates to my clients. Tell them I sent you and they’ll forward me your pre approval letter to keep on file to provide with a Purchase Agreement when the time is right!

Why use sites like Zillow that publish inaccurate and outdated information? I connect my clients directly to the MLS using a system called Client Collab. This system uses your specific search criteria and sends an email notification as soon as a new property is listed, giving you the same information every Realtor has! This system is free and can be configured to suit your needs in a quick, 5 minute phone call.
STEP 3: Get Inside!
Now that you have pre approval letter in hand and a short list of your favorite properties, it’s time to look inside a few homes. Things aren’t always as they appear, and after visiting thousands of homes in the marketplace, I have developed a keen eye for issues that may hinder financing, adversely affect the appraisal, or could develop into big trouble during homeownership. Every offer is subject to a buyer home inspection with a qualified contractor, but your first step is a simple walk-through. My schedule is flexible and I’m willing to work nights and weekends to accommodate your schedule.
